Spencer Croat wins Mediacom Collegiate Invitational Debate Tournament

Spencer Croat, a native of Indianola, IA, was a member of the University of Iowa team that claimed the 2015 Mediacom Collegiate Invitational Debate Tournament championship.

After competing in three preliminary rounds, the UI team earned top prize after out-scoring Simpson College in the final round. Croat received a $1,500 scholarship award from Mediacom for winning the tournament.
